Delete your Gergo account
You can request permanent deletion of your Gergo account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
In the Gergo app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
By email: send a request to elio@gergoapp.com with the subject "Gergo account deletion request" from the email address on your account.
We process deletion requests within 30 days and email you when it is complete.

What is deleted
- Your account and login
- Your profile — name, photo, phone, and WhatsApp
- Your listings and their photos
- Your saved favorites
- Your app notification tokens
What may be retained
- Abuse and moderation reports
- Payment and transaction records
- Records required for legal or security reasons
Where possible, retained records are anonymized so they are no longer linked to your profile.
